What Astperia is

Astperia calculates your natal chart from the birth details you provide, tracks real astronomical events, and describes how those events relate to your chart. The astronomy is computed from the Swiss Ephemeris and is accurate; the astrological meaning is interpretation.

It is not advice

Astperia is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict the future. Nothing here should be relied on to make a decision that matters — for those, consult a qualified professional.

Interpretation text is generated by a language model. It can be wrong, inconsistent, or simply strange. Read it as a prompt for thought, not as a statement of fact about your life.

Your account

You must be at least 16, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. Keep your login credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Enter only your own birth data, or data you have permission to enter. Entering someone else's details without their knowledge is not something the service is for.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Prices are shown before you pay. If we change them, the change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

Because readings are generated as soon as you request them, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us — statutory rights, including any EU right of withdrawal, are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, resell access to it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

Content and ownership

The software, design and the interpretation engine are ours. Your birth data is yours, and the readings generated for you are yours to use personally.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make on the basis of a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice before removing something you are paying for.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time, which erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.
